I had blocked ear and wax was pushed against the ear drum, causing lot of discomfort. The whole process took 15 minutes. The service was excellent. Thank you.

Was an absolute down person very good with my 4 year old had to go 3 times as her wax was very bad. 100% reliable. Amazing at explaining everything and reassuring to my little girl. Would highly recommend and would go back if ever needed but hopefully not.
